The service

Lirova provides automated recovery of failed Stripe subscription payments, including failure classification, smart retries, and dunning communications across supported channels.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the Stripe account you connect and for keeping your access secure. You must have the authority to connect the Stripe account you use with Lirova.

Fees

Paid plans include a monthly subscription and a success fee charged only on revenue we recover. Applicable rates are shown on our pricing page and in your billing settings.

Paid plans on Growth and Scale tiers are covered by our ROI Guarantee (see below).

ROI Guarantee

On Growth and Scale plans, we offer an ROI Guarantee. For each full billing month — starting from your third billing month, after an initial 60-day ramp-up period — if the subscription revenue we recover for you through our own retries is less than your plan's monthly subscription fee, we credit your next month in full.

Only revenue recovered by Lirova's own retries counts toward the guarantee. Payments that succeed on their own, through Stripe's native retries, or that you recover manually are not counted.

The guarantee does not apply to: the Free plan; months where recovery was paused, your account was disconnected, or recovery was not active for the full period; and periods where there were no failed payments to recover. The guarantee covers our recovery performance, not the volume of your failed payments.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Lirova only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt or interfere with it.

Third-party services

Lirova relies on third-party providers, including Stripe and messaging providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any individual payment will be recovered. Our ROI Guarantee, described above, applies to overall recovery performance on eligible plans under the stated conditions, and is the sole guarantee we offer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lirova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Lirova and disconnect your Stripe account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
